070611. Now that summer is in full swing, it's time to move our meditations outside. And I can't think of a better way to do that than to use our next 40-day Community Meditation to experience a walking meditation. Walking relaxes the brain, balances the hormones, balances the glandular and nervous systems. And when we add Mantra and very simple Mudra to that experience, the benefits are multiplied, and we gain access to our inner knowledge, we develop patience, we increase our vitality and make communication easier.
THE PLAN: We'll meet at Be the Change Yoga Studio at 7:45pm Wednesday Nights starting July 6, tune in, warm up and hit the road toward Peet's Hill for a 3.5 mile walking meditation. As with all our 40-day meditations, you'll receive daily emails to help inspire you and keep you going, you'll gain access to a community of people who are experiencing the meditation together and you'll have ample opportunity to ask questions, offer solutions, and engage in an experience that's bigger than yourself. Challenge yourself to commit to a meditation for 40 days and invite your life to transform!
